Your first steps to the best version of yourself will be the Resiliency Toolbox Workshop
This initial online group workshop of 8 weeks, is aimed at giving you an overview of the up-to-date theories and practices of Behavioral Science and Positive Psychology, mixed with my personal experience of more than 14 years in the industry
What is the Resiliency Toolbox Workshop?

A total of 8 weeks of training where you will learn all the tools needed to train your resiliency and most importantly learn how to apply them.

Group based approach combining theoretical teachings, group work and practical exercises. Through a dedicated platform, we will learn and train together. Clients will also submit weekly feedbacks to their trainer.

After the Resiliency Toolbox Workshop, all clients will access an alumni group where they can continuously learn and ask for advice.
Introduction Course Overview

WEEK 1
What is resilience? How does science define resilience and what does behavioral science say about it? Can we train it? During the first week, we will clear some misconceptions about well-being and resilience and we will map out our goal and how to achieve it. We will also discover our own and unique character strengths and learn how to rely on them to build resilient resources.
WEEK 2
The first step to training your resilience is to be aware. Developing your awareness is key. We will discuss emotion identification (and discover what positive psychology has to say about positive emotions) and cover what it means to have a purpose and meaning in life, and why it is important.
WEEK 3
We will discuss the roles of habits in building one's resilience. We will look at the science explaining how habits are built and learn how to create new healthy habits that will act as a foundation to build our resiliency.
WEEK 4
Once the basics has been covered (awareness and habits), we will dive down into strategies not to "bend" when face with adversity. What tools are scientifically proven to helps us go through a period of high stress and demand. We will look into our bias and how these affect our processing of events - and cover strategies to change our physical and emotional responses to adversity and develop real time resilience. We will also practice scientifically proven methods to lower our stress hormones.
WEEK 5
In week 5 we will continue to explore tools to build a more resilient mindset - such as how to build a positive mindset, identifying our sphere of control, learning to let go, how to fall back on our healthy habits and social circle, how to reach out, how to identify and stop self sabotage and negative spirals.
WEEK 6
Starting on week 6, we will study how to bounce back - once we have been affected by adversity, what steps can we take to resume to our normal self and even grow form the experience.
WEEK 7
In week 7. we will focus on the science of positive emotions and learn how to tap into them when needed. We will also look at strategies to recharge and how to apply these while facing stress, adversity and continuous demands.
WEEK 8
In the last week of the workshop, we will explore other ways to bounce back when faced with adversity, Science has a lot of tools for us, we need to understand and learn how to apply them. We will cover a wide range of topics to allow us to regenerate, such as sleep, healthy eating, physical activity. journaling. We will also cover how to implement these in your every day life and create life long habits.
