FAQ

People Ask

1 Why group coaching?
Studies show that we learn more when we can have a variety of feedback and examples. I found this to be true, whether in the academic of professional world, the more practical examples we are given, the higher the chance of us really understanding and incorporation the feedback.
2 Is it possible to book one to one sessions?
We recommend the group workshops (see above) and believe a client will learn much more from these. We also offer one-to-one trainings and customize sessions to each individual needs, please send us an email if you would like to discuss this option and build a customized personnel development plan to grow!
3Who can participate in the Resilience Toolbox Workshop?
The workshop is open to anyone: regardless of your experience and regardless of your current situation. You should view your resilience as your health: even if you are fit, you will keep on training. If an Olympic athlete stops his training, he will lose his form. This is the same with resilience: one should always train and work on developing self-strategies to keep resilient, independently of the external circumstances. You should see this as an investment in yourself for the long term.
4 How much time per week will the course require?
That is totally up to you! The more you want to learn and train, the more time you invest. As a general rule, an average of 6 to 8 hours a week is recommended. This time will be split between reading, interacting with the group, doing some practical exercises, being present during the weekly lives and writing to your trainer. The more involved clients are, the better they take out of the workshop.
5What is included in the online group workshops?
Weekly videos and lives: all of these will be recorded as to allow everyone to watch and learn at a time that is convenient to them. Mix between theory, exercises, tools, strategies and resources to build your resilience at your own pace. Accompanying weekly worksheets and homework. Access to a private Facebook group with the support of like-minded people all aiming at the same goal.

I found all the materials and the presentations very professional, clear, with a good balance of content. The instructor / coach also gave many good examples when explaining the concepts. It was also good to be part of a group and be able to interact with others to share experiences, best practices, challenges, etc. and to also have the coach's comments and support.

I attended Nathalie’s online workshop a few weeks back as I was going through a rough patch at work and trying to figure out how things could improve. I didn’t have great expectations signing up to the course and my issues at work have not completely gone away, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I learnt and how I could apply this to my job, and perhaps my perspective on certain aspects of my life. Nathalie is a very engaging mentor, listening to our problems and coming up with interesting suggestions. The course makes use of theoretical concepts taken from academic literature, which does feel a bit tedious at times, but provides a useful framework. Plenty of useful tips were offered that can readily be applied to the workplace. Overall, highly recommended
