This workshop is built upon the concepts developed by the science of well-being. This means that you will learn proven methods to grow and learn to build long-lasting personal resources that will enable you to set and achieve the goals you set yourself and also to flourish and strive even in the face of adversity.

This is a hands-on workshop – you will be guided through fun exercises to learn what gives you the energy to build your resources, which will allow you to reach your goals.

Online group for accountability and peer support

Gift yourself 4 weeks to learn with like-minded peers who will act as your own personal support group. We will learn together and help each other. 

The online setting means you can take this workshop from wherever you are around the world. The live meetings are recorded and all the action takes place in a private group where you can check in when the time is convenient for you.

We will have weekly engaging exercises that you do on your own and then we will share these in the group and cover potential barriers one may have. 

Meet your coach: Nathalie

Learn with a recognized expert who will guide and encourage you through every step of the way. Nathalie will share her academic knowledge acquired across different fields (Psychology, Social Sciences, Business, Economics, Marketing, Nutrition, and Personal Training) as well as her own journey to a happier and flourishing self, and how she successfully applied the science of goal-setting and resilience to become a high-jump state champion.

Nathalie is a positive psychology practitioner who specializes in teaching resilience and well-being through science-based positive psychology tools. She is enthusiastic about sharing her passion for evidence-based well-being practices that everyone can implement to build a more resilient self, increase their well-being and flourish!

Week 1: Let's recap 2021

What went well? What did you learn? What energized you during this year? What did you miss?
We will review together with the course's workbook, to find out your sources of energy and how you could bring some tweaks to your routine to have more of what makes you feel good in 2022.

Week 2: Learning how to set effective goals for 2022

In the second week of the workshop, we will review the components of effective goal setting. Based on your individual needs and situation, we will focus on defining the goals you want to achieve in 2022 and how you are going to achieve them.

week 3: building healthy habits

Having a routine based on healthy habits is the key to achieving your goals, even if you face obstacles along the way. We will learn together how to build long-lasting habits that will alleviate everyday stress and will allow you to focus on reaching your goals - and will contribute to your mental and physical health.

week 4: activities to increase your well-being

In the last week of this workshop, we will learn practical tools to calm down our minds and nervous systems and build resources, to start the new year with all the necessary proven strategies to be the best versions of ourselves!

After a hectic 2021, it is time for all of us to take a break, regroup and refocus before starting 2022 with the best possible mindset.

This workshop is for everyone – whether you are a businessman, a stay-at-home mum, a multitasking entrepreneur, a pensioner, or a student. Everyone can (and should!) learn the tools developed by positive psychology to flourish and strive through life.

This is up to you! You will be able to take part in 2 weekly lives where Nathalie will explain the various concepts and create fun group interactions allowing peer learning and personal AHA moments. A workbook will be provided to accompany you in your learning process. If you cannot join the lives, do not worry, those will be recorded for our group’s use and will be available to watch at a time that is more convenient to you.

Of course! Setting yourself challenging goals is empowering and motivating. It puts you in charge of your life. Achieving those goals fuels your self-efficacy (the belief that you have the ability and skills to reach the goals you set yourself). Research shows that people who score high on self-efficacy also score higher on well-being scales and handle stress and adversity better.

That’s ok! Active participation is always encouraged but we are all different and bring different strengths to the table. Some prefer listening and that ok.

This program is based on science! All that you will learn is drawn from evidence-based practices. This may well be the first time that your new year resolutions become reality because they are rooted in years of scientific experiments and observations on what works. Yes, you will still have to do the work, there is no magic pill, but this program offers the best and latest cutting-edge science-based tools that are proven to work.
